GETTING HERE
Set along Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, Ostional is one of Guanacaste’s most protected coastal regions—where jungle, surf, and stillness converge. Just north of Nosara, MAYA feels intentionally disconnected, yet close enough to tap into everything the region has to offer—on your terms.
International flights
Liberia (LIR) is the closest international gateway—approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from the villa by car. San José (SJO) also offers frequent international service and is about a 5-hour drive away.
Domestic flights
Daily domestic flights to Nosara (NOB) depart from both Liberia and San José. The 30-minute flight offers a striking aerial view of Costa Rica’s coastline and can simplify travel, especially during peak seasons.
Private charters
Private flights to Nosara may be arranged through our charter partner. Ground transportation from either airport can also be coordinated in advance.
Airport transfers
For overland arrivals, we recommend coordinating with our preferred local car service to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition to the villa.
